Am I required to renew my ISA/IEC 62443 certificate(s)?
No. Because the ISA/IEC 62443 Cybersecurity Certificate Programs are certificates and not certifications, you are not required to renew your ISA84 Certificate(s); however, once obtained your certificate(s) will only be considered current for three (3) years. After your three-year expiration date, your certificate’s status will no longer be considered active and you will not be able to claim that you hold a current/active ISA/IEC 62443 certificate.
- Your current job is in the Cybersecurity field
- You have worked in the Cybersecurity or similar job field within your current 3-year certificate period
- You have taken additional Cybersecurity training within your current 3-year certificate period
Within the next two (2) business days, we will validate your current certificate status. After validation, you will receive a link to either pay for your renewal or to pay for the knowledge exam.
To renew your 3-year certificate, you must meet at least one of the renewal requirements of your specific certificate program.
To submit documentation that you meet one of the renewal requirements, complete the appropriate renewal form linked below. You will receive a confirmation email within two business days that will provide your certification validation status and next steps. If you do not meet one of the requirements, you will be provided information about taking and passing a knowledge review exam.
